Lexoford GEO · SEO / GEO management

Help search engines and AI assistants understand your business: SEO/GEO management for China-based domestic and export companies

Lexoford GEO provides SEO and GEO management for China-based domestic and export companies. Over 90 days, we fix technical foundations, structure product content, and expand citable sources in three phases, then track monthly how your brand appears in AI answers using a fixed question set. We do not guarantee rankings or citations.

We fix your website's technical foundations, make your products and services easy to understand, and then use a fixed set of questions to record each month how AI answers describe your brand, and whether they get it right. We don't promise rankings, recommendations or citations. We improve the conditions for being understood and cited, and we report changes honestly.

The domestic program page is available in Chinese only.

01

Where do your customers ask?

Buyers in China and buyers overseas use different search engines, AI assistants, languages and third-party platforms, so we design and record the two kinds of work separately.

Companies selling in China

For
manufacturers, industrial suppliers, B2B service and local service companies selling in China
Platforms
Baidu, plus the Chinese AI assistants Doubao, Yuanbao, DeepSeek, Kimi and Qwen
Focus
Baidu indexing and webmaster setup, what your site builder allows you to change, and keeping encyclopedia, Zhihu and directory profiles consistent with your website
Language note
This page is available in Chinese only.

Export companies

For
export manufacturers and cross-border B2B companies selling to North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia
Platforms
Google and Bing, plus ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
Focus
crawlability of your English site and how specifications are presented, telling your English brand name apart from overseas namesakes, and linking Chinese and English sites with consistent specifications

Both markets? That works. Question sets, engines and results are recorded separately and never merged into one number.

02

Our method: make content readable and verifiable, then track it with a fixed question set

AI answers change daily, so a single screenshot proves little. We first structure your website and public information so machines can read and verify it, then record results under fixed rules over time, so each month can be compared with the last.

01

Frozen question set

Before we start, we agree a fixed set of questions with you, kept separate for Chinese and English and for domestic and international engines. The wording does not change during monitoring, so months stay comparable. If a question must change, we issue a new version and mark the old baseline separately, without mixing old and new data.

02

Four tiers, judged on the answer text only

  • Recommended the answer lists you as a supplier or provider to consider, including conditional recommendations and shortlists. Position in the list is ignored.
  • Mentioned only your brand name appears in the answer, but not as an option to choose.
  • Not mentioned the engine completed the answer and your brand does not appear.
  • Pending no answer was obtained (login wall, error, interruption), a look-alike name of unclear identity appeared, or evidence is insufficient. Errors and blocks are never counted as "not mentioned".
03

Two citation levels

  • Adopted a citation number in the answer maps to your website's URL at the same position in the source list.
  • Retrieved only your URL appears only in the source list or search panel, with no matching number in the answer.
  • Otherwise: if the fully expanded source list contains no URL of yours, we record "not cited"; if this can't be confirmed, we record "pending".
04

Growth and defense questions, reported separately

  • Growth questions don't include your brand name. They show whether you appear when nobody asks for you by name.
  • Defense questions include your brand name. They show whether AI describes you correctly, confuses you with another company, or cites your official pages.
  • The two are never merged into one "visibility rate". Chinese and English, domestic and international engines, and app and API results are also listed separately.
05

Logging discipline

Every record notes the platform, entry point, displayed model version, whether web search was on, login state and screenshot location. When in doubt, we record the lower tier or "pending".

Three phases over 90 days, then monthly monitoring

  1. 1

    Days 0–30

    Fix foundations + set baseline

technical audit, webmaster tool setup, frozen question set, first baseline.

  2. 2

    Days 31–60

    Explain products and services

page templates, HTML specification tables, FAQs and structured data.

  3. 3

    Days 61–90

    Expand citable sources

application and selection pages, third-party profiles, llms.txt, first monthly report.

  4. ↻

    Then monthly

    Monitor and improve

the same question set records changes, lists incorrect statements and sets next month's content actions.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations?

No. Search rankings, and the sources AI engines choose, are decided by each platform. What we can do is put the conditions for being read and verified in place, and record changes honestly.

How does GEO relate to SEO?

GEO builds on SEO: pages that can be crawled, indexed and clearly understood are the precondition for being read by AI. We do not treat the two as separate projects.

What is the difference between “recommended” and “cited”?

“Recommended” means the answer lists you as an option to consider; “cited” means the answer’s sources point to your web page. The two are judged independently, and neither one equals a ranking.

How do domestic and export work differ?

The engines differ (China: Doubao, Yuanbao, DeepSeek, Kimi, Qwen, Baidu; international: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google). Languages and question sets are kept separate. Third-party sources differ (China: encyclopedias, Zhihu, industry directories; overseas: industry directories, trade-show listings and similar). Results are reported separately and never added together. Each market has its own page with the details.

Can we do just one market, or both?

Either. For one market, the question set and phase plan are designed for that market only. For both, Chinese and English question sets, engines and results are recorded separately and never merged into a single number.

Will you write false content or fake reviews?

No. Content is based on the real material you provide and is published only after your review.

What do the AI assistant logos on this page mean?

They only show which AI assistants we observe and optimize for. They do not indicate any partnership, certification, authorization or endorsement. All names and logos belong to their respective owners.
